Construction of Certain References. If any Bank assigns all or any part of its rights or novates all or any part of its rights, benefits and obligations as provided in clause 15.3 or 15.4 all relevant references in this Agreement to such Bank shall thereafter be construed as a reference to such Bank and/or its Assignee or Substitute (as the case may be) to the extent of their respective interests.
