Construction Manager’s Fee. 5.1 The Construction Manager’s Fee shall be equal to the sum of the fee for the Services as specified in paragraph 5.2 and the fee for the Work as described in paragraph 5.3. 5.2 The Construction Manager’s Fee for the Services is comprised of one or more of the following: .1* A fixed amount of ; and .2* A percentage amount of percent ( %) of the Construction Cost Estimate.
