Common use of Construction Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Construction Management Plan. The Construction Management Plan as described in Schedule 18 (Technical Requirements) is specified in Appendix 2, as attached and forming part of this Schedule, and shall be amended or supplemented by the Contractor as required in accordance with Schedule 18 and in accordance with the procedure set out in Schedule 5 (Design and Plan Certification Process and Review Procedure).

Construction Management Plan.
