CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES. Contractor shall submit the following Administrative Submittals to the City prior to issuing the Notice to Proceed: 1. Copies of permits and approvals for construction as required by laws and regulations and governing agencies. 2. Temporary construction parking area plans, storage yard, storage trailer location, staging area plan, and plan for disposal of waste materials. 3. Project schedule with critical path activities and deadlines.
