CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES. (a) The Tranche A Lenders hereby establish for the benefit of the Borrower a construction loan facility (the “Tranche A Construction Facility”) having an initial committed principal amount equal to the Tranche A Loan Amount.

Connection to temporary power including all temporary power lines, transformers and electrical distribution is Tenant’s responsibility and shall be removed upon completion of the Premises.

Copies of permits and approvals for construction as required by laws and regulations and governing agencies. 2. Temporary construction parking area plans, storage yard, storage trailer location, staging area plan, and plan for disposal of waste materials. 3. Project schedule with critical path activities and deadlines.

CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES. The Contractor shall provide all light, heat, power, water, including potable water, office space, outdoor and indoor storage areas, sanitary facilities, equipment lay-down areas, and other temporary facilities as it may require in connection with the Work.
CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES. A. Provide telephone numbers where Contractor's representative can be reached during work days and on nights and weekends in the event of an emergency.

CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES. Seller shall furnish necessary construction facilities including toilets, telephone, and protection for materials and equipment. Unless otherwise specified, Buyer will furnish electrical power and water at no cost to Seller, at the nearest available point; however, Seller shall be required to make all temporary connections to existing utilities and to remove such temporary connections at completion of the work. All temporary structures and installations shall be satisfactory to and subject to approval by Xxxxx. All temporary work shall comply with applicable codes, ordinances, and safety requirements.

Submit material submittals (3 copies) to Project Manager for items in scope of work to be approved before order and installation.
CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES. 1. Water and power facilities: Party B shall be responsible for the supply of water and power. Party B shall unconditionally provide other construction contractors with the existing and provisional water and power supplies, but may negotiate with other users to share the costs.
