CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES. (a) Tenant shall remove all Tenant trash and debris to designated trash receptacles during the construction of the Premises. Connection to temporary power including all temporary power lines, transformers and electrical distribution is Tenant’s responsibility and shall be removed upon completion of the Premises.
