Construction Document Phase (Final Plans). a. The ARCHITECT shall prepare, from the Design Development Documents approved by the DISTRICT, Construction Documents in an AutoCAD and PDF format acceptable to the District and specifications setting forth, in detail, the requirements for the construction of the entire PROJECT in conformity with all applicable governmental and code requirements, including, but not limited to, the requirements of the DSA and local Fire Department having jurisdiction over the PROJECT. The Construction Documents shall show all the work to be done, the materials, workmanship, finishes, and equipment required for the PROJECT.

The Construction Documents shall show all prescribing the work to be done, and the materials, workmanship, finishes, and equipment required for the PROJECTarchitectural, mechanical, and electrical service-connected equipment. The Architect shall also prepare necessary bidding information, general conditions of the contract, and supplementary conditions of the contract, and shall assist, if requested, the Client's legal advisor in the drafting of proposal and contract forms.
