Construction Compliance. (a) The Borrower will comply with the provisions of prevailing wage requirements set forth in Minnesota Statutes, Sections 177.41 to 177.44, as then in effect. (b) In addition to the prevailing wage requirements under subsection (a), the Borrower will comply and require that all laborers and mechanics employed by contractors and subcontractors on the Project be paid wages at rates not less than those prevailing on projects of a similar character in the locality as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (40 U.S.C., sec. 276a through 276a-5), as amended. (c) If requested, the Borrower will submit to the Authority, within 20 days of the end of the semi-annual reporting period, EPA Form 5700-52A to report on the award of prime contracts or subcontracts to any certified Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) firms until the Project is complete.
