Common use of Construction Area Clause in Contracts

Construction Area. 28.1 The Contractor shall use areas approved by the City for deliveries and personnel, which may vary from time to time. Contract limits of construction area are indicated on the drawings. Equipment, material, and personnel shall be in conformance with this Contract. 28.2 To provide for maximum safety and security, the Contractor shall erect and maintain all necessary barricades and any other temporary walls and structures, as required, and boarding to protect life and property during the period of construction.
