Consistent Allocation. Except as provided in Section 7.2(a) and (b), Partnership income, gain, loss, deduction, and credit, as calculated for tax purposes, shall be allocated among the Partners, to the extent possible, in accordance with the allocations of the items of Partnership book income, gain, loss, deduction, and credit allocated pursuant to Section 7.1.
