Common use of Consents or Approvals Clause in Contracts

Consents or Approvals. No order, consent, approval, license, authorization or validation of any governmental authority and no registration or filing with or notice to any governmental authority is necessary to authorize or permit, or is required in connection with, the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the making of borrowings pursuant hereto or the performance of the obligations of the Company hereunder.
