Consent to disclose personal information to overseas recipients. The Customer (i) acknowledges and agrees that it has been informed by John Deere that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 does not apply to the disclosure of personal information by John Deere to any overseas recipient in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Contract, and (ii) for the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding the consent given under Section 3.3 of this Contract, expressly consents to any such disclosure after having been so informed.
