Common use of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities. The Connecting Transmission Owner and Interconnection Customer will jointly commission the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities. The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities will be owned, operated, and maintained by the Connecting Transmission Owner.

Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities. The Connecting Transmission Owner will review and approve the Interconnection Customer will jointly commission Customer’s design of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities. The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities Owner will be owned, operated, and maintained by own the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities.
