Common use of Connected Person Clause in Contracts

Connected Person. “Connected Person” means, in relation to a person, an undertaking which is a Group Undertaking of that person or any director, employee, professional adviser, agent or employee of that person or of any such Group Undertaking.

Connected Person. As used herein, “Connected Person” means, means in relation to a personBank, an undertaking which is a Group Undertaking of that its controlling person or persons, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, any directorother connected or affiliated companies and the respective directors, employeeofficers, professional adviseragents, agent or employee representatives, controlling persons and employees of that person or Bank and each of any such Group Undertakingthem.
