Data Transmission: The process of sending standard format call detail or records from one location to another using standard transmission software programs, such as Connect:Direct/NDM software. Date Created: A six-position numeric field in the EMI header record that identifies the date a pack or Data Set was created by Customer. Denial of Service: Consists of denying an End User's access to the network or portions of the network in cases of insufficient payment.
