Connect Clause Samples
The "Connect" clause establishes the requirements and procedures for linking or integrating systems, services, or parties within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the technical standards, protocols, or timelines for establishing a connection, and may specify responsibilities for each party in facilitating the integration. Its core practical function is to ensure seamless interoperability and clear expectations regarding how and when connections between parties or systems should be made, thereby reducing misunderstandings and technical delays.
