Connect. CULTURE Committee expressly reserves its right at any time upon prior notice to Vendor (except in emergencies), to cause the removal of any of Vendor's officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, guests or invitees, who in the reasonable discretion of City has engaged or is engaging in illegal, undesirable, disruptive or hazardous behavior.
