Conjunctural bonus. A conjunctural bonus has been paid along with the salary for June 2018, at the latest in July 2018, based on the following scale: This bonus is payable to employees employed on 15 June 2018 and whose employment contracts are not subject to a notice of termination on that date. Employees are paid prorate to their working time during a reference period extending from 1 June 2017 to 31 May 2018. The maternity leave is treated as a period of effective work.
