CONFORMITY WITH AGREEMENT. 4.0401 Nothing required by this formal grievance procedure shall be construed as preventing any teacher of the bargaining unit or group of teachers of the bargaining unit having a complaint or problem from discussing the matter informally with any appropriate representative of the administration and having such matter adjusted without the intervention and/or consultation of the Association, provided the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of the negotiated Agreement and as long as an Association representative has the opportunity to be present at the adjustment.
