CONFORMANCE WITH CONTRACT. No alteration of the terms, conditions, delivery, price, quality, quantities, or specifications of the contract shall be granted without University Purchasing Department prior written consent. Product or services provided that do not conform to the contract terms, conditions, and specifications may be rejected and returned at the Contractor’s expense.
