Conflict Among Contracts. Should there be conflict between the terms of this BAA and any other contract between the Parties (either previous or subsequent to the date of this BAA), the terms of this BAA shall control unless the Parties, in a subsequent writing, specifically otherwise provide.
Conflict Among Contracts. In the event of any conflict between the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the Owner-Design Consultant's agreement and/or the Owner-Contractor agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control as between Owner and Program Manager.
