Common use of Confined Space Clause in Contracts

Program The Contractor shall develop an activity/site-specific confined space program to include elements addressed in paragraph 34.A of EM 385-1-1 and comply with relevant requirements in 29 CFR 1910, 29 CFR 1915, and 29 CFR 1926, OSHA Directive CPL 2.100 and any other Federal, state and local regulatory standards.
