Common use of Confidential Nature of Documents Clause in Contracts

Confidential Nature of Documents. All maps, drawings, photographs, mosaics, plans, reports, recommendations, estimates, documents and all other data compiled by or received by the Consultant under this Contract shall be the property of the BCRC-Caribbean, shall be treated as confidential and shall be delivered only to the BCRC-Caribbean’s authorized officials on completion of the work under this Contract; their contents shall not be made known by the Consultant, without the written consent of the BCRC-Caribbean, to any person other than the personnel of the Consultant performing services under this Contract. The obligations of this paragraph do not lapse upon satisfactory completion of the work under this Contract or termination of this Contract, including termination by the BCRC-Caribbean.
