Confidential Information/Trade Secret Information. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 215.557, Florida Statutes, the reports of insured values under Covered Policies by ZIP Code submitted to the SBA pursuant to Section 215.555, Florida Statutes, are confidential and exempt from the provisions of Section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes, and Section 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. If other information submitted by the Company to the FHCF could reasonably be ruled a “trade secret” as defined in Section 812.081, Florida Statutes, such information must be clearly marked “Trade Secret Information.”
