Common use of Confidential Information means Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information means. (i) (in relation to the obligations of the Purchaser and the Guarantor) any information received or held by the Purchaser (or any of its Representatives) relating to the Seller Group or, prior to Closing, the Target Company and/or the Businesses; or

Confidential Information means. (i) (in relation to the obligations of the Purchaser and the GuarantorPurchaser) any information received or held by the Purchaser (or any of its Representatives) relating to the Seller Group or, prior to Closing, any of the Target Company and/or the BusinessesGroup Companies; or

Confidential Information means. (i) 13.1.1.1 (in relation to the obligations of the Purchaser and the Guarantorunder this clause 13) any information received or held by the Purchaser (or any of its Representatives) relating where such information relates to the Seller Seller’s Group or, prior to ClosingCompletion, the Target Company and/or the BusinessesBusiness; or

Confidential Information means. (i) (in relation to the obligations of the Purchaser and Purchaser) all information communicated in any manner by or on behalf of the Guarantor) any information Sellers or members of their respective Groups which is received or held by the Purchaser (or any of its Representatives) relating to the Seller Group Sellers’ Groups or, prior to Closing, the Target Company and/or the BusinessesGroup; or

Confidential Information means. (i) (in relation to the obligations of the Purchaser and the GuarantorPurchaser) any information received or held by the Purchaser (or any of its RepresentativesRelated Parties) relating to the Seller Group or, prior to Closing, Target Entities or the Target Company and/or the BusinessesSellers; or

Confidential Information means. (i) (in relation to the obligations of the Purchaser and the Guarantorunder this clause 14) any information received or held by the Purchaser (or any of its Representatives) relating where such information relates to the Seller Group or, prior to Closing, the Target Company and/or the BusinessesCompany; or
