Confidential Information means. (a) any confidential, non-public or proprietary information relating to the business, assets or affairs of the Group (and includes any information provided under clauses 30.1, 30.2 or 30.4); and
Confidential Information means. (i) (in relation to the obligations of the Purchaser and the Guarantor) any information received or held by the Purchaser (or any of its Representatives) relating to the Seller Group or, prior to Closing, the Target Company and/or the Businesses; or

Confidential Information means. (a) Any non-public technical or business information of a Party that is disclosed in writing and is conspicuously designated as “Confidential” at the time of disclosure or that is disclosed orally, is identified as “Confidential” at the time of disclosure, and is summarized in a writing sent by the disclosing Party to the receiving Party within thirty (30) days of any such disclosure.
