Common use of Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement. Consultant shall sign, or has signed, a Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement in the form set forth as Exhibit D hereto, on or before the date Consultant begins providing the Services.
