Confidant’s representatives. 4.1 The Confidant must ensure that its officers, employees and other personnel (whether or not still employed or engaged) do not do or omit to do anything that, if done or omitted to be done by the Confidant, would be a breach of the Confidant’s obligations under this deed poll.
