CONDOMINIUM OR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. If Premises is subject to the governance, oversight, and/or control of a Condominium Association or Homeowners Association, Tenant agrees to abide by all the covenants, duties, rules, regulations, and/or restrictions of said Association currently in effect or that may be adopted during the term of this Agreement or any extensions.
