Conditions Precedent to the Making of the Second Funding. The obligation of the Lender to make the Second Funding of the Loan to the Borrower is subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions precedent to the satisfaction of the Lender:

Conditions Precedent to the Loan The obligation of Lender to make the Loan hereunder is subject to the fulfillment by Borrower or waiver by Lender of the following conditions precedent no later than the Closing Date:
