Back-Up Documentation. As part of the Services, Service Provider shall provide DIR with such documentation and other information available to Service Provider (including original source documentation and data in its native format or in an alternative industry-standard format as requested by DIR) as may be requested by DIR from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by Service Provider. In addition, Service Provider shall provide DIR with all documentation and other information reasonably requested by DIR from time to time to verify that Service Provider's performance of the Services is in compliance with the Service Levels and this Agreement.
Back-Up Documentation. As part of the Services, Successful Respondent shall provide DIR with such documentation and other information available to Successful Respondent (including original source documentation and data in its native format or in an alternative industry-standard format as requested by DIR) as may be requested by DIR from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by Successful Respondent. In addition, Successful Respondent shall provide DIR with all documentation and other information reasonably requested by DIR from time to time to verify that Successful Respondent’s performance of the Services is in compliance with the Service Levels and this Agreement.

As part of the Services, Supplier shall provide ABM with such documentation and other information available to Supplier as may be reasonably requested by ABM from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by Supplier. In addition, Supplier shall provide ABM with all documentation and other information reasonably requested by ABM from time to time to verify that Supplier’s performance of the Services is in compliance with the Service Levels and this Agreement; provided that Supplier shall not be required to provide ABM with any confidential information subject to third party confidentiality agreements.

As part of the Services, Supplier shall provide Kraft with such documentation and other information available to Supplier as may be reasonably requested by Kraft from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by Supplier. In addition, Supplier shall provide Kraft with all documentation and other information reasonably requested by Kraft from time to time to verify that Supplier’s performance of the Services is in compliance with the Service Levels and this Agreement.
Back-Up Documentation. Construction Manager shall allow Owner to review and copy Project-related accounting records including, but not limited to, records relating to personnel salaries and wages, and personnel-related expenses.

As part of the Services, CSC shall provide Sears with such documentation and other information as may be reasonably requested by Sears from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by CSC and the CSC Personnel. In addition, CSC shall provide Sears with all documentation and other information reasonably requested by Sears from time to time to verify that CSC’s performance of the Services is in compliance with the Service Levels and this Agreement.
Back-Up Documentation. As part of the Services, Supplier shall provide Ascension Health and Eligible Recipient with all documentation and other information available to Supplier as may be reasonably requested from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by Supplier.
Back-Up Documentation. Vendor shall provide TXUED with copies of and access to data, documentation and other information in Vendor’s possession as may be reasonably requested by TXUED in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by Vendor. AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER AGREEMENT

TCS shall provide Xxxxxxx with such documentation and other information available to TCS as may be reasonably requested by Xxxxxxx from time to time in order to verify the accuracy of the Reports provided by TCS. In addition, TCS shall provide Xxxxxxx with all documentation and other information reasonably requested by Xxxxxxx from time to time to verify that TCS’ performance of the Services is in compliance with the Critical Service Levels and this Agreement.
