Back-Up Documentation Clause Samples
The Back-Up Documentation clause requires parties to provide supporting materials or evidence that substantiate claims, invoices, or other statements made under the agreement. In practice, this may involve submitting receipts, time records, or other relevant documents whenever a party requests payment or reimbursement. By mandating such documentation, the clause ensures transparency and accountability, helping to prevent disputes over the validity of charges or claims.
