Common use of Condition of Hardware Clause in Contracts

Condition of Hardware. Upon arrival of the rented Hardware at Customer’s premises, Customer will examine the rented Hardware and declare that it has received all Hardware in secure and good working condition. Failure to object in writing to the condition of the rented Hardware within 3 business days after receipt will be deemed conclusive that all of the rented Hardware was in working condition when delivered.
