Concurrency of Primary, Excess and Umbrella Policies. Tenant's liability insurance coverage may be provided by a combination of primary, excess blanket and umbrella policies, but those policies must be absolutely concurrent in all respects regarding the coverage afforded by the policies. The coverage of any excess or umbrella policy must be at least as broad as the coverage of the primary policy. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole expense, procure a "per location" endorsement or equivalent reasonably acceptable to Landlord so that the general aggregate and other limits apply separately and specifically to the Premises.
