Conclusiveness of entries. The Borrower's obligation to repay the Loan or any part thereof, to pay interest thereon and to pay all other sums due under the Security Documents shall be conclusively evidenced (in the absence of manifest error) by the entries from time to time made in the accounts opened and maintained under this Clause 11.
