Concluding Statement. 22-1. The provisions of this contract shall become effective July 1, 2021, and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2023. Negotiations shall be reopened on or about March 1 every negotiating year, to discuss mutually agreed upon issues. Subsequent agreements shall be effective July 1 through June 30 of any given fiscal year. 22-2. These policies and procedures are to be administered equally and consistently. 22-3. We have bargained in good faith based on each team's commitment to an underlying trust that would be violated if either team acted in an arbitrary manner concerning non-negotiated items of mutual concern. 22-4.
