The proposal shall describe in detail the Offerors approach for ARH software support to include the processes, methodologies and procedures to be employed to achieve effective Post Deployment Software Support capabilities and outcomes.   • Operations Support Systems (OSS) 47.1. Embarq will offer unbundled access to Embarq’s operations support systems to the extent technically feasible in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity. OSS consists of pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing functions supported by Embarq’s databases and information. The OSS element includes access to all loop qualification information contained in Embarq’s databases or other records, including information on whether a particular loop is capable of providing advanced services.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $152 to $1,504 and non-recurring charges ranging from $200 to $1,000 for DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service at 4 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
