Computer Reports. Borrower irrevocably empowers Lender, upon Lender's request, to have full access to and to have, at Borrower's expense, printouts and all information maintained by its outside computer service company, if any, respecting any and all financial records now or hereafter maintained by the same on account of Borrower. If Borrower is currently using a service company, Borrower agrees not to terminate the present arrangement with any service company or acquire any other service with any other such firm without prior written notification to Lender. If Borrower does not currently use a service company, Borrower shall notify Lender in writing at least ten (10) calendar days in advance of entering into any agreement with or delivering any of its business records to such service company.

  • Computer Records World Omni and the Depositor will cause their accounting and computer records to be marked to indicate the sale and assignment of the Receivables from World Omni to the Depositor and from the Depositor to the Trust.
