COMPTROLLER'S APPROVAL. (a) In accordance with Section 112 of the State Finance Law, Section 355 of New York State Education Law, and 8 NYCRR 316, Comptroller’s approval is not required for the following contracts: (i) materials; (ii) equipment and supplies, including computer equipment; (iii) motor vehicles; (iv) construction; (v) construction-related services; (vi) printing; and (vii) goods for State University health care facilities, including contracts for goods made with joint or group purchasing arrangements.
