Comps Cash. Effective on the first day of the first biweekly pay period of FY21, FY22, FY23, all bargaining unit members shall receive $500 cash supplement. The cash supplement will be administered biweekly over 26 pay periods. The cash supplement is non-recurring and non-pensionable.

  • Vacation Cash Out In each calendar year, an employee may make a one-time request to cash out and receive payment for up to forty (40) hours of vacation. In order to be eligible to cash out vacation hours, the employee must be a regular status employee and have a remaining vacation balance of sixty (60) hours or more. Vacation leave that has been pre-approved will be considered when the request is made in order to determine if they will maintain the minimum vacation balance requirement.

  • Refund of Excess Cash If at any time the credit balance of Timber Sale Account exceeds the charges for timber that Forest Service estimates will be cut within the next 60 days, any portion of such excess that is due to cash in the account shall be refunded, if re- quested by Purchaser, unless deposited under B4.211, B4.213, or B4.217. If Purchaser plans no cutting within the next 60 days, Forest Service may refund the entire unencumbered cash balance, except as provided in this Subsection.
