Current Revenue. The funds distributed hereunder shall be paid solely from lawfully available funds of the SEDC. Under no circumstances shall the obligations hereunder be deemed to create any debt within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory provision. None of the obligations under this Agreement shall be pledged or otherwise encumbered in favor of any commercial lender and/or similar financial institution.
Current Revenue. The Cooperative Member hereby warrants that all payments, fees, and disbursements required of it hereunder shall be made from current revenues budgeted and available to the Cooperative Member.

Current Revenue. This Memorandum of Understanding is a commitment of DALLAS ISD's current revenue only. The DALLAS lSD Board of Trustees retains the continuing right to terminate this Memorandum of Understanding at the expiration of each budget period during the term of this Memorandum of Understanding.

Consequently, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, GEDCO shall have no obligation or liability to pay the Grant except as allowed by law.
