Compliance with the Law and Changes in the Law. 45.1 The Contractor shall, in complying with all obligations incumbent upon it in terms of the Framework Agreement or any other contract with the Authority, comply in all respects with, and shall ensure that the Contractor’s agents, employees and representatives whomsoever comply with the Law.
