Compliance with Sanctions. (a) Each Loan Party shall at all times comply in all material respects with the requirements of all Sanctions Programs applicable to such Loan Party and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to comply in all material respects with the requirements of all Sanctions Programs applicable to such Subsidiary.
