Common use of Compliance with Other Laws Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Other Laws. In the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including laws governing labor, equal employment opportunity, safety, and environmental protection. Contractor shall make itself familiar with and at all times shall observe and comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations which in any manner affect performance under this Contract.
