Compliance with Other Agreements. The Executive represents and warrants to the Company that he is free to enter this Agreement and that the execution of this Agreement and the performance of the obligations under this Agreement will not, as of the date of this Agreement or with the passage of time, conflict with, cause a breach of or constitute a default under any agreement to which the Executive is a party or by which he may be bound.
