Common use of Compliance with law/Standards of the Industry Clause in Contracts

Compliance with law/Standards of the Industry. 13.2.1 County and Franchisee acknowledge that Franchisee will have the affirmative obligation to comply with all laws in effect during the duration of this Agreement, including all additions, updates and amendments to the laws and all applicable regulations promulgated by federal, state, regional or local administrative and regulatory agencies. Further, County and Franchise acknowledge and agree that this Agreement may be amended as needed to add additional performance standards that come into effect during the duration of this Agreement as a result of changes in the standards of the industry.
