Common use of Compliance with ISPS Code Clause in Contracts

Compliance with ISPS Code. (a) SELLER and BUYER shall comply with the International Code for the Security of Ships and Port Facilities and relevant amendments to chapter X1 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS), hereinafter (ISPS Code), in accordance with Form-I of this Agreement, which shall govern the parties rights and obligations with respect to such compliance.

Compliance with ISPS Code. (a) 12.10.1 SELLER and BUYER shall comply with the International Code for the Security of Ships and Port Facilities and relevant amendments to chapter X1 Chapter XI of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS), hereinafter (ISPS Code), in accordance with Form-I Form-1 of this Agreement, which shall govern the parties rights and obligations with respect to such compliance.

Compliance with ISPS Code. (a) 13.9.1 SELLER and BUYER or BUYER’s ASSIGNEE shall comply with the International Code for the Security of Ships and Port Facilities and relevant amendments to chapter X1 Chapter XI of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS), hereinafter (ISPS Code), in accordance with Form-I II, dated (08/15/05), of this Agreement, Agreement which shall govern the parties parties’ rights and obligations with respect to such compliance.
