UCC Notices. In the event that any party hereto shall be required by the UCC or any other applicable law to give notice to the other of an intended Disposition of Statoil Assets and Collateral or Lenders Collateral, respectively, such notice shall be given in accordance with Section 3.1 hereof and ten (10) days’ notice shall be deemed to be commercially reasonable.

UCC Notices. In the event that Moriah or the Notes Collateral Agent shall be required by the UCC or any other applicable law to give notice to the other of intended disposition of Collateral, such notice shall be given in accordance with Section 3.8 hereof, and five (5) days' notice shall be deemed to be commercially reasonable.
