Compliance with ISPS Code. (a) SELLER and BUYER shall comply with the International Code for the Security of Ships and Port Facilities and relevant amendments to chapter X1 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS), hereinafter (ISPS Code), in accordance with Form-I of this Agreement, which shall govern the parties rights and obligations with respect to such compliance.
Compliance with ISPS Code and will procure that each Mortgaged Ship will comply with the requirements of the ISPS Code including (but not limited to) the maintenance and renewal of the ISSC for each Mortgaged Ship pursuant to the ISPS Code and will immediately inform the Agent if there is any actual or threatened withdrawal of the ISSC for any Mortgaged Ship;
Compliance with ISPS Code procure that the Approved Manager or any Operator will:
Compliance with ISPS Code the Borrower on the Delivery Date shall have a valid and current ISSC in respect thereof and will comply on the Delivery Date and the Operator complies, with the requirements of the ISPS Code and the ISSC which shall be issued in respect of the Vessel shall remain valid on the Delivery Date and thereafter throughout the Security Period;
Compliance with ISPS Code the Owner has a valid and current ISSC in respect of its Vessel and the vessel owned by it and is in full compliance with the ISPS Code;
Compliance with ISPS Code the Owner will procure that the Owner or any Operator will:
Compliance with ISPS Code the Vessel and any Operator complies or will on the drawdown of the Commitment comply with the requirements of the ISPS Code.
Compliance with ISPS Code the Vessel and any Operator complies or will on the Drawdown Date comply with the requirements of the ISPS Code.
Compliance with ISPS Code each Borrower has a valid and current ISSC in respect of the Vessel owned by it and such Vessel is in compliance with the ISPS Code;
Compliance with ISPS Code each Owner has and on the Drawdown Date shall have a valid and current ISSC in respect thereof and will comply on the Drawdown Date and the Operator complies, with the requirements of the ISPS Code and the ISSC in respect of its Vessel shall remain valid on the Drawdown Date and thereafter throughout the Security Period;
