Compliance Monitoring. Covered Services to be performed under this Agreement are subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement of prevailing wage requirements by the DIR and /or the OLSE. Contractor and any subcontractors performing Covered Services will cooperate fully with the DIR and/or the OLSE and other City employees and agents authorized to assist in the administration and enforcement of the prevailing wage requirements, and agrees to take the specific steps and actions as required by Section 6.22(e)(7) of the Administrative Code.
