Completion of the Improvements. The Subdivider shall complete construction of the Improvements within two (2) years of the date of this Agreement. This completion date shall be extended in the event of Force Majeure as provided in Section 42. The Improvements shall not be considered completed unless and until they have been constructed in accordance with Town approved plans, current accepted and adopted Town standards, specifications, details, requirements and agreements.
